Speaking Engagement

Executive Coaching with Ayana, LLC specializes in enhancing leadership skills for mid-career women who feel overlooked in the workplace. Our programs include The Executive Identity Engagement for leadership diagnostics and The Conflict & Influence Engagement to improve conflict navigation and influence capabilities.  We also offer customizable coaching for women who just need a safe space to talk about life. We aim to provide actionable insights, creating a pathway for women to lead with confidence and purpose.
