After clients take Hogan Personality Inventory, they will meet with Coach Ayana to receive feedback on core areas of development. Coach Ayana will look at correlations in specific subscales to interpret how those traits may show up in the workplace.

Continued Coaching

After the initial feedback session, clients have the opportunity to be coached on areas where certain behaviors might derail their career.
